Results usually show up within a week. Some markers post later than others. After that, you recheck single tests. You do not rebuy the ocean.
What should the first order actually be?
A baseline if you do not have one. Gaps if you do.
On a Quest draw, Comprehensive Men's is $195 and Comprehensive Women's is $185. 20JO takes that to about $156 and $148 on a first paid order. That is the "I have never seen these numbers" cart.
If Quest or LabCorp already have a recent full picture, skip the 75-marker panel. Buy what is missing: ApoB, ferritin, TSH, vitamin D, a CBC. Heart Health is $55 if the physical skipped advanced lipids. Iron Status is $60 if iron is the question.

When do I bring in old results?
Before you shop. Otherwise you will buy tests you already paid for.
GoodLabs lets you bring in prior lab work. I had years in Quest and years in LabCorp. That is the point of this site: those numbers should sit next to the new ones, not in two forgotten logins.
Do this before you build the cart. If ferritin from last year is already there, you may only need a $9 recheck, not a $195 panel. If the dashboard is empty, the comprehensive panel earns its keep.
How do I pick Quest, LabCorp, or BioReference?
You pick the location you can get to. You do not pick a brand to marry.
They are draw networks, not competitors. Some years a doctor sent me to Quest. Some years the physical ran through LabCorp. BioReference shows up in some ZIPs. Book whichever has an appointment.

When you want someone else to pick 100-plus markers and bill you yearly.
If you have almost no baseline and you will not look at a cart, Function or Superpower will feel simpler. Function is $365 in most states for two draws. Superpower is $199 for one panel ($399 in NY and NJ). If you will not leave the house, Rythm is the kit. I am not going to talk you into a Tuesday lab visit you will not take.
